  1. He sees Thaerion's small, nimble boat land on shore, he returns her acknowledgement with a small nod. He reaches into his leather side pouch and pulls a small leather bracelet that Ith had given him some time ago. "Elf-Friend" it read, and he wondered just how many elves from the Great Forest made their way to Maplewood.

  2. Lord Richter stands on the sands of the shores of the lake adjacent to Maplewood Proper. His mind is full of thought, shifting from enjoying the peace and protection the Helix offered, to the final fight with the Al'Cairn, his brother Gustav and those back in the castle and New Germinas. All the while he watches a young teenage couple fishing off the shore, catching mostly nothing but rather enjoying each other's company.

  3. A man in a green and white tabbard walks up to the board and nails a notice up.

    It reads:

    To the Rhinos of Pinedale,

I request that a representative from your group, of your own choosing, meet me in the Temple of the Benevolent gods; There are important matters to discuss. Do not forget to bring an offering.

    Herr Richter Von Wygraf

The man's task completed, he walks into the Inn and orders a drink.

  4. Richter status level 3

-Owns large estate bequeathed to him by prominent snow goblin lord (a level 5 status at that).

-Has formed several alliances with nobles from many kingdoms, most of which reside in the Freelands.

-Formed alliances with several Freeland nobles, one of which is Lord Archibald's heir.

-Leader of a group, of which two members have sworn oaths of loyalty.

  5. I haven't had an event that fun in a long time.

    1. Walking to the Shrine of Darkness in/near Cairnhold with just under six people, not knowing what I was going to face, I had heard of these "skybeasts" before but only in rumor and conjectures. We happen onto the shrine of darkness and there are six lanterns lit, destroying my night vision. TimeStop is called and I closed my eyes and started singing Don't Stop Believing, as is my custom. When game is called back on there are at least 8 hulking silhouettes slowly moving toward us, one of our group dissipates to safety leaving four of us to fend off against 8-10 monstrous creatures. We form a shield wall in the bottleneck that is the trail to Lootsville. We barely survived against the skybeasts. It reminded me of the "hundred orcs in a barn" encounter, power completely spent, hoping to avoid any encounters on the way back to safety.

    2. "I'm going to go around and tell stories about Hrothgar again"

    3. Finding out accidentally that I might be able to pull off an elf alt if ever I decide to play one.

    4. Using Kyle's shield almost my entire shift, so comfort, all the comfort.

    5. Being able to stay for a whole day for the first time in years.

    6. Artemis!!! Old Times!

    7. It's kinda neat having an apprentice at game.

    8. Selling most of my items and making bank for the first time ever.

    Awesome event guys!
