Second time is the charm! This was my second weekend joining you guys, and it was AWESOME! I had a lot of fun. I NPC'ed all weekend because I didn't have a character ready (still haven't pinned down what I'd like to do yet). And I injured my back really bad and wasn't even supposed to be moving around, hehe, totally worth it though! ;)
-I worked the Inn for the first 2 shifts, I didn't find it as bad as everyone told me it was going to be. Though I will say, there needs to be more cups/goblets/mugs for people to use. It seemed like even when it was "slow" there wasn't enough!
--Upside, I had a ton of fun being a "bar wench", proving to Atticus I can make objects "disappear" (down my cleavage), having fun listening to in character conversations really helped me more understand the level of roleplay.
--Downside, Lord Crixus (spelling?) being a total tightwad about paying me for my shifts worked! I heard the last Inn owners payed their employees A LOT more. Haha!
-NPC'ing the "someone stole my baby" was so much fun! Not really used to TOTAL roleplaying yet, so I hoped I didn't break charactre too much by trying not to giggle. Lady Jade was so serious about the whole thing I couldn't help but laugh a little.
--Upside, I got to be involved in something besides the Inn that didn't require dropping down to the ground frequently.
--Being told in my hysterical state to "remain quiet" a few times, yes I find this amusing because it was all so serious, it made it fun.
-Trying to NPC a traveling merchant and heckle people for consumables, NOT as easy as it sounds! But still fun roleplay!
LASTLY! Dancing with Tammy and MK! It was a total riot! I paid for it this morning by not being able to roll out of bed because of my back, but the whole thing just made my weekend.
Two hours of dancing and pretty much robbing the Inn patrons blind was SOOO much fun! ;)
