If I have a magical item that can't be crafted, example bracers that grant an additional immunity, how would I go about finding what the official value of the item is?

Aren't things worth 10Xcrafting points if it's at cost? I mean, ultimately it's worth what people will pay for it.

An Ornamented item is 5X while a weapon is 10X.

Like an actual value that would be determined by a higher power.

for what purpose?

If you're retiring, we'll do the math for you.

If you're selling it, well, you're on your own.

If you're looking to see if things have more value, because they're epic, no... When I died, my things were calculated as if they were able to be made. Standard ornamenting / weapon smithing rules applied. There's no special factors for "epic loots".

In terms of "in game", it's worth as much as people will pay for it... There;s many times IC when people jack the price, because it's an epic item.
"I hope you die in a fire after you get caught by your parents jerking off to horse porn while looking for inspiration for your own shitty half-assed backyard game where you and your friends suck each other off while pretending to be elven princesses or dwarf pedophile rapists or whatever other stupid shit your adolescent brain poops out. You're banned, turdburglar." - (Dave H.)
