Attention:
FEB FEAST IS FULL! NO MORE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
* The 2010 KoN Feb Feast will be held on February 13-14th, 2010. * This event has a hard cap of 55 68 participants, and a very limited number of PC slots, so pre-registration is highly encouraged for all wishing to attend, and required for anyone wanting to PC. * Dinner will be catered by Vandercamp this year, consisting of hot entree, potato or rice, vegetable, rolls/butter, salad, dessert, and beverages, but everyone is encouraged to bring snacks, desserts and drinks to pass. We generally have a pretty substantial day board set up, and food at night too, so bring food!
The cost schedule is as follows:
Pre-registration (must be received by February 5th): * PayPal to paypal@mvgc.net: $40 * Postal Mail (check, money order, cash if you trust the Post Office): $40 * Give a Marshal or O&L Group Member your money in person: $40
Walk-on registration: * $40 cash, SPACE PERMITTING (no guarantees, first come, first served!)
All of these options entitle you to 4XP as well as game, meal, party, and lodging. Preregistering by February 5th gets you an additional XP (total of 5 XP) as thanks for helping us plan appropriately.
Mailing address for payment:
Kingdoms of Novitas Feb Feast Registration 4 Ellmore Drive Whitesboro, NY 13492
Please make sure you list your real name with your payment, and your character name if you wish to PC, as I cannot recognize everyone by email address.
Just like last year, there is no reduced rate if you're daytripping, skipping dinner, coming for the first time, bringing a non-participant guest, or anything else, so let's skip that entire line of questioning this year please. As this event is substantially more expensive than our usual weekend events, we are also not able to cut anyone any slack on the site fee as we would for a normal weekend event.
PC slots are limited to 24 PCs, and will be doled out like this, from highest priority to lowest:
1. Pre-registered people who have spent a majority of their PC shifts on Friday nights and Saturday mornings. These people essentially lose two shifts of monster slaying and loot grubbing to the all-PC shifts in April and October, so we're compensating them like this if they want.
2. Pre-registered people on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Walk-ons.
I have the following people pre-registered:
Little Ricky Kevin O'Connor Katie-Marie Wells Zach Werheim Tony Servello Scotty Travis Rose Trowbridge David Haldenwang Diana Haldenwang Andy Wright Rich Hewett Nick Quattrociocchi Steve Arnold Steve Marsh Heather Marsh Jordan Bellasai Richard Baldwin Alex Deerkop Leslie Zuker MK Walsh Mike Benson Todd Burnop Rick King Dan Meerschaert Julie Bednar Ann Aumick Will Whitefield Dave Morgan Kristine Whalen Fred Jeffery Randy Darrow Scott Chapin Tammy Anguish Bob Manning Jimmy Vertucci Brian Swenskowski AJ DeLong Jenica Rogers Justin C Michael Yeomans Amy Swartele Denise Braun Phil Braun Brian Loughlin Drea Miekam Drew Urbanek Lauren Manzer Will Rexroat Ilana Trombly Adam DelCano Schuyler Howland Pat Lane Brett Marsh Wayde Butler Justin Bargy Mike Lamkins Adam Long
People in BOLD text are PCing. People in ITALICS are on the waiting list for PC slots, if any open up, in the order they are here.
